Your privacy is important to us. What you purchase is entirely your business, and we respect that. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging, either a box or a bubble-wrapped mailer, so you can rest assured there will be no external branding.

1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. A shipping confirmation email will follow once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates
We offer a flat shipping fee for all orders within Australia. We charge $5 for letters or small flat products all over Australia. Standard shipping is through Australia Post, and for regular shipping and any medium-large shipping. We charge
- $13.99 For Standard Shipping and
- $17.99 For Express Shipping
Also, if you want a signature, you have to add $3.99 extra.
3. Delivery Times
- Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 12 PM.
- Standard and express shipping options available.
Standard delivery takes about 3-5 days, and express takes about 2-4 days. If the order comes before 12 PM, we send it out the same day.
4. Shipping Method
- Carrier: We use reliable carriers such as Australia Post, Couriers. Please, and other trusted providers to deliver your orders.
5. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey.
